When Blair Manning founded Capital City Powerwashing in 1998, he started out with one truck,  one powerwasher,  and a desire to perform trustworthy, quality work at a fair price throughout his community.  Blair is a Richmond native who spent many years in the field washing houses, so he brings on-the-job experience and an extensive familiarity with the area to every project.  More than 15 years later, the company has expanded to a fleet of powerwashing vehicles and now offers interior and exterior painting services, and, although the company has grown, the founding commitment to trustworthy, quality work at a fair price has remained the cornerstone of every project that is undertaken.  No matter how big or how small the job may be, you will be treated with the same respect and honesty as Blair and his office staff guide you through the process.

A 1985 graduate of Campbell University, Will has 30 years of business management and ownership experience. With 15 of those years spent in the fields of construction and paint contracting, he brings a trained painters-eye for excellence to the job. Will has the knowledge and ability to ensure your project is completed in a clean, professional and timely manner.

Office Manager

Chasity Hubbard joined Capital City Painting in March of 2014 as the Office Manager, she has over fifteen years of office management experience in the construction field. When you call our office she will be the one to help set up your estimate, and also be the person contacting you for scheduling purposes.
